Today I woke up to a ton of emails about how to have fun with your sweetie for Valentine's Day. Well, as a busy mom, sometimes the best fun we can have is alone time, whether it be walking by the water, paddling on the water, yoga...whatever your rejuvenating alone time may be. Not just for mom's but for dad's, singles, everyone needs a little time alone. Exercise allows for meditation. It's a way for the person who is walking, jogging, yoga-ing or paddling, (whether that be Stand Up Paddling, kayaking or surfing) time to just be in nature. Get our heads in the right place so that we can be sweet to our Valentine.
