We love our customers. Therefore, if you need to return your paddle or any product we ask that you do it within 30 days of purchase and in original, new condition. Just contact us for a return label. We also ask you to contact us to discuss why you want to return the item, so that we can improve for you. You will need to pay for the cost of return shipping. (Of course, it depends on the circumstance...so again, contact us.) If you need a replacement piece for your paddle contact us. We will try to be as helpful as possible.
