Sailpaddle Company does not retain, make public, sell, or distribute customer's credit card information. Our websites use encryption to safeguard credit card transactions. Our shopping cart takes any Paypal Payments or Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express which is securely protected and encrypted by an SSL Certificate.
Our right to contact users
At times we may wish to contact you with promotions or special events and sometimes just to check up on you and your Sailpaddle purchases.
All Sale and Clearance items are final. No returns on Sale/Used/Demo or Clearance Items.

Sailpaddle Company charges shipping on all domestic orders. We will try to ship orders within 1-4 business days. Shipping applies to ground service and to orders shipping directly with the continental U.S. Shipping for returns, exchanges or refunds will be paid for by the buyer. We will provide you with a return shipping label from UPS that can be attached to the item for return. If you're from Alaska, Hawaii, or any other US owned territory we want you to receive our products too so please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 310-308-6353 to discuss shipping options.
In the event that you receive your ordered item in damaged condition please let us know within 24 hours of receipt. You can let us know by either emailing us at email@example.com or calling us 310-308-6353. We need to have the report in a timely fashion in order to promptly solve the matter with our shipper and to replace the item or refund you as quickly as possible.

We value our customers. If there is any damage to your Sailpaddle purchase, paddle or any part of the DaSail™ SUP paddle that is from the manufacturing, we will be happy to either repair or replace the part or replace the paddle, whichever best fixes the problem. If, however the damage is as a result of normal wear and tear or abuse, misuse or neglect of the product we will not be responsible for said damages, but we will happily either sell you a new part, or send you in a direction that will hopefully result in fixing the problem. We will need you to 1) ship us the damaged item, 2) gives us a detailed description of the problem and what happened, 3) send us the proof of purchase and 4) provide us with a phone number and email address to best contact you. When we receive the item we will carefully inspect the damage and determine the needed action then contact you to discuss repair or replacement options.
Money Back Guarantee
Our customers are number one to us. If, for any reason you would like to return your Sailpaddle purchase or DaSail™ SUP paddle in new condition within fifteen (15) days of receipt we will gladly refund your money; the price of the item and any taxes paid, less total shipping charges. All items must be unused and in new condition, with all manufacturer tags attached. All items that are returned and received used or not in resell condition; will be shipped back to the owner at owner's expense.
